REPLANT


****PRIOR TO REPLANT PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AGENT****


*  Maximum amount of replant payments per acre are 8 bushels       for corn and 3 bushels for beans multiplied by the projected base   price.


*  To qualify for replant payment you must replant at least 20           acres or 20% of the unit...whichever is less.




PREVENT PLANT


*   Prevent plant occurs when there are natural causes such as            too much rain that prevent you from planting all your crops          prior to or on final plant date.


*   Please contact your agent to see if you are eligible for prevent      plant payment.
